*إهداء الفاتحة أو غيرها من القرآن إلى الأموات ليس عليه دليل فالواجب تركه ؛ لأنه لم ينقل عن النبي ﷺ ولا عن أصحابه رضي الله عنهم ما يدل على ذلك ولكن يشرع الدعاء للأموات المسلمين والصدقة عنهم وذلك بالإحسان إلى الفقراء والمساكين ، يتقرب العبد بذلك إلى الله سبحانه ويسأله أن يجعل ثواب ذلك لأبيه أو أمه أو غيرهما من الأموات أو الأحياء لقول النبي ﷺ :* ( *إذا مات الإنسان انقطع عنه عمله إلا من ثلاثة : صدقة جارية أو علم ينتفع به ، أو ولد صالح يدعو له* )
